Delete Your Account

How to request deletion

1. Email hello@treena.app with the subject line “Delete my treena account”.
2. Include the GitHub username you use to sign in to treena, so we can locate your account.
3. We will confirm the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your treena account and GitHub identity association
• Your cloud workspace, including its machine, storage volume, and any files or repositories stored in it
• Stored credentials for connected AI accounts and providers
• Usage and preference data associated with your account

What is kept

• Billing and transaction records required for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes, retained for as long as applicable law requires
• Data we must retain to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes

Deleting your treena account does not affect your GitHub account or any repositories hosted on GitHub. Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play must be cancelled separately in your Apple or Google subscription settings; deleting your account does not automatically cancel them.
